“On behalf of Griffin Structures, Gary Chubb and I wanted to take this opportunity to personally express our sincere appreciation to have served as Construction Manager and participate “shoulder to shoulder” with IPD and its staff in the design, planning, consulting and realization of the Irvine Regional Transportation Center Parking Structure (IRTCPS).
Gary and I have a personal pride in what we have all (each of us collectively) accomplished. The IRTCPS will not be an asset to the community at large for generations to come, but will also serve as a testimonial to IPD and it’s staff efforts, dedication, tenacity and commitment to bringing this project to fruition.”
