Gene LevertGene Levert is the Chief Financial Officer providing leadership in the areas of corporate accounting, financial reporting and contract administration. He has over 36 years of accounting and financial experience in both the manufacturing and professional design industries.
Edward Y.C. Tan, SEEd is responsible for coordinating the engineering staff and actively engages in all phases of project design. With 35 years of industry experience, he has gained expertise in all types of construction and has completed numerous design-build projects. An expert in concrete structural systems, Ed uses his knowledge and experience to address a wide variety of design conditions including life safety, climate factors, seismic, blast loading and structural stability. He also has international experience having done commerical and military projects in the Pacific Area including Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Guam and the Northern Marinanas.
Clifford E. SmithJoining the company in 1985, Cliff served as IPD President from 2005-2011 and recently stepped into the position of Chief Executive Officer. With over 25 years of parking experience, he has achieved a reputation with clients and within the profession for creativity and excellence with parking design projects throughout the United States and Internationally. Cliff continues to work with his existing clients as well as play an active role in ongoing mentoring of IPD staff. As CEO, he is also involved with working with the Board of Directors to develop strategies for identifying and pursuing new markets, new projects, refining the company culture and team building.
Donald B. MarksDon Marks, AIA, LEED AP, is the President of IPD and Principal in charge of IPD's Irvine office. As President, he is involved in the oversight of day-to-day operations for the entire company. A licensed architect in multiple states, Don's primary focus has been on structured parking design for the last 15 years. Working under the tutelage of past presidents Chuck Boldon, Dilip Nandwana and Cliff Smith, Don's expertise in parking has been shaped by some of the best in the industry.
Raju NandwanaRaju Nandwana, AIA, LEED AP, is Vice President-in-Charge of the Alameda office. He is responsible for the day-to day-operations of the office as well as business development, client relations, and contract negotiations for Northern California. With 15 years of parking consulting and architectural experience, Raju's expertise lies in understanding project needs and developing efficient, workable solutions for all types of projects. His experience has not been limited to the domestic markets, in that, he has worked on numerous international projects as well.
Shahin AzmoudehShahin Azmoudeh is Vice President in-Charge of the Sherman Oaks Office. He is responsible for office management and administration, business development, client relations, and contract negotiations for the office. Shahin has been involved in the functional and schematic planning and design of parking structures since joining the firm in 1988.
Armen MegerdoomianArmen serves as a senior parking consultant and has 15 years of parking experience, working with clients to perform masterplanning, functional design, design development and field observations. He is actively involved in business development initiatives including international client relations and strategic partnership development. Armen has a broad range of experience, with focused expertise in mixed/use, education and retail applications. He has worked on projects across the United States and abroad. His international projects include those in Mexico, Canada, Taiwan, Kuwait, U.A.E., Turkey and Russia. Armen has also had the pleasure of being a guest lecturer on topics of parking at the University of California, Los Angeles and recently at the Middle East Parking Symposium in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Patrick AskinsFor over 18 years, Pat has provided design services, construction administration and project management to a variety of clients. Having joined the firm in 2004, Pat contributes an extensive variety of project experience. As project manager, he is responsible for the daily activities of the project from conceptual design through construction and occupancy. His experience involves various types of construction and building types, including structured parking, commercial, and hospitality. Pat has a great deal of experience working with the Division of the State Architect's Office on various educational projects. With a background in business, Pat understands Clients and Owners needs, ensuring that his projects needs are met responsibly and economically.
Gina WebsterGina Webster, Director of Marketing & Business Development, oversees IPD’s marketing and business development efforts. With 15 years experience in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction Industry, she directs the management and implementation of business development and marketing strategies. |
