Dilip L. NandwanaDilip Nandwana, P.E. is the Chief Executive Officer and past President of IPD. Dilip provides leadership and support for the company's operations and continues to offer clients over 37 years of experience as an engineer, parking designer and parking consultant ensuring the combination of people/user-oriented design with appropriate building systems. His extensive work with governmental agencies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and private developers, having completed over 500 projects, provides the right foundation and broad knowledge base for clients to draw upon allowing him to identify issues quickly and keep the client and design team moving forward. His knowledge of specific parking systems is repeatedly proven in his innovative design solutions. 
Gene LevertGene Levert is the Chief Financial Officer providing leadership in the areas of corporate accounting, financial reporting and contract administration. He has over 32 years of accounting and financial experience in both the manufacturing and professional design industries. 
Edward Y.C. Tan, SEEd is responsible for coordinating the engineering staff and actively engages in all phases of project design. With 30 years of industry experience, he has gained expertise in all types of construction and has completed numerous design-build projects. A recognized expert in concrete structural systems, Ed uses his knowledge and experience to address a wide variety of design conditions including life safety, climate factors, seismic, blast loading and structural stability. 
Clifford E. SmithCliff Smith is the President of IPD and Principal-in-Charge of the Los Angeles office. He oversees all aspects of the firm's design and management efforts. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he provides leadership for the company's Southern California operations. He is an expert is the Design Build delivery process. 
Donald B. MarksDon Marks, AIA, LEED AP, is the Principal-in-Charge of the IPD Irvine office. He is responsible for parking consulting services, design efforts, and contract & project management for the Irvine office. His experience involves various types of construction and building types, including work for public agencies, educational institutions and healthcare facilities, as well as corporate/commercial and retail clients. Using his years of construction and project management experience, he ensures that all project needs are met responsibly and economically. 
Raju NandwanaRaju Nandwana, AIA, LEED AP, is Vice President in charge of the Alameda office. He is responsible for the day-to day-operations of the office as well as business development, client relations, and contract negotiations for Northern California. With over 11 years of parking consulting and architectural experience, Raju's expertise lies in understanding project needs and developing efficient, workable solutions for all types of projects. 
Shahin AzmoudehShahin Azmoudeh is Vice President in-charge of the Sherman Oaks Office. He is responsible for office management and administration, business development, client relations, and contract negotiations for the office. Shahin has been involved in the functional and schematic planning and design of parking structures since joining the firm in 1988. 
Gina WebsterGina Webster, Director of Marketing & Business Development, oversees IPD’s marketing and business development efforts. With over 10 years experience in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction Industry, she directs the management and implementation of business development and marketing strategies. |
