Award – 2014 NPA Innovative Facility of the Year

The City of Santa Monica Parking Structure #6 has been named the 2014 National Parking Association (NPA) Innovative Facility of the Year. The new state-of-the-art parking structure includes 744 parking spaces and 7,000 SF of retail space. Located in the heart of Santa Monica, California, the site features 30 electric vehicle charging stations, an enclosed bicycle area, and storage space for the Farmers Market. The building is LEED Gold certified.
