Desert Hills Premium Outlets Parking Structure

International Parking Design (IPD) is the Architect of Record for the recently completed Desert Hills Premium Outlets Parking Structure in Cabazon, California. The new 1,800-space, four-level parking garage utilizes a complete parking guidance system on all levels of the structure. This system optimizes the search for open parking spaces, reduces traffic within the garage and relieves pressure on adjacent streets.The aesthetics of the parking garage closely resembles the architecture of the new and existing outlet buildings. The garage is also more centrally located to minimize the travel distance of pedestrians, and includes various entrance locations for ease of access.

The design includes an express ramping system within the garage, providing efficient vehicular circulation between levels. Pedestrian ingress/egress locations are conveniently dispersed along the length of the structure and include multiple elevator and stair cores with a centrally located escalator serving all levels of the garage and providing direct access to the shops.
