The Bella Terra Parking Structure is designed to serve the employees and patrons of the new open-air mall. The 6-level, 1535-space parking structure design blends with the surrounding buildings and provides valet services for its visitors. The facade incorporates frames and the same color scheme as the store fronts throughout the parking structure. This 800,000-sq.-ft. entertainment-retail village will include a 20-screen Century Theatres complex and 71 shops and restaurants. The theme of this center was taken straight from the picturesque Tuscan villages of Italy, including embellishments such as cobblestone walkways and courtyards.
