The Columbia Parking Garage is downtown San Diego's first privately developed parking structure since 1991. Adding 608 parking spaces and 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail, the structure offers eight levels of parking with access Via Columbia and India Streets. It provides safe and convenient parking for daily visitors of the downtown area including patrons of the courthouse, retail stores and workforce.
