At five levels, with one at-grade and 4 levels above, over 1,100 parking spaces have been made available at the College’s southwest precinct. In keeping with campus design, the exterior treatment consists of full-size brick at selected intervals and decorative exterior grillework.
Surrounding this highly anticipated parking structure is a full complement of outdoor athletic amenities including a natural-turf NCAA regulation softball field, with a partial football field and ten synthetic-surface tennis courts on painted asphalt. As architect of record and structural engineer, IPD has provided the college not only with new parking, but also the realization of a dream to make life easier for students, faculty and visitors as well as added value to the athletic complex.
