The Mission Ridge Parking Structure accommodates the needs of employees and visitors of the two adjacent office buildings in the Mission Ridge Center.
The building is constructed of cast-in-place concrete with a moment resisting frame lateral restraint system. Circulation within the structure is accomplished using a parking ramp with two-way traffic and 90-degree parking. The exterior of this four level, 511-stall structure is painted concrete with planter box accents in various locations around the perimeter of the facade.
