The Glendale Community College Parking Structure sits on a hillside overlooking the campus and has a stepped design to minimize its visual mass. The west side of the structure has 4 levels and the east has 6 levels.
IPD’s design for the parking structure includes a steel truss system over the entire roof for the solar panels installment.
The structure is connected to the campus below the hill with a bridge to the elevator tower.
