Located in San Jose, the recently completed Samaritan Medical Center Parking Structure serves the existing medical care complex in conjunction with a new Medical Office Building. The parking structure exterior design consists of painted concrete and precast panels intended to be compatible with the new office building and other design elements on this expanding campus. In order to create a massing balance with other campus buildings, the first level of the parking structure is below grade. There is 1,368 square feet of storage space at three different levels inside the structure.
