The Victoria Gardens Cultural Garden has two three-level structures located on either side of the complex. The parking structures serve guests of the Cultural Center, as well as visitors of the Victoria Gardens Shopping Center, an open-air lifestyle center that offers distinctive shopping, dining and entertainment.

The parking structures' exterior designs follow the design of the new Cultural Center to integrate the development with the existing downtown area. Stairs at the roof level will have barrel vault canopies made of metal roof panels with batten-covered seams. The roofs will have faux copper finish to again match the Cultural Center.
