IPD provides structural engineering services to the public and private sector on all building types with an expertise in reinforced and post-tensioned concrete design and construction techniques. We have developed a specialized knowledge of seismic design of concrete buildings, both in shear-wall solutions and moment-resisting ductile frames.

Providing engineering design services for millions of square feet of office buildings, housing, hospitals, hotels, casinos, educational facilities, and over one hundred parking structures, our work includes the tallest, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete, ductile frame building in Seismic Zone 4, the Tower at 3900 Alameda in Burbank, California.

Projects are executed using the most advanced design techniques and sophisticated computer analysis.
