For over 20 years, Pat has provided design services, construction administration and project management to a variety of clients. Pat contributes an extensive variety of project experience. As project manager, he is responsible for the daily activities of the project, from conceptual design through construction and occupancy. His experience involves various types of construction and building types, including structured parking, commercial, hospitality, transportation, education, retail, healthcare, and residential. Pat also has experience working with the Division of State Architect’s Office on various educational projects. With a background in business, Pat understands client and owner needs, ensuring that his projects are completed responsibly and economically.
