Andy Syrengelas is the CFO of IPD, providing strategic leadership in corporate accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and contract administration. He also oversees cash management and treasury functions, internal financial and administrative controls, the administration of IPD’s retirement and group insurance programs, and serves as Corporate Secretary.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, contracts, and procurement across publicly traded, startup, and internationally owned companies, Andy is dedicated to ensuring accuracy, integrity, and clear communication in all aspects of corporate finance.
