Bert Michitsch has over 30 years of parking design experience. His expertise in the areas of parking control lane layouts, ADA/Title 24, access control, tandem and valet parking layout design, parking lot design, signage and graphics, and detail design and development proves he is a valuable resource on all projects. As project manager, Bert performs field observations, functional design and design development, obtains agency approvals, and manages the production of construction documents and construction administration. While his projects vary in size, type and purpose, they continually win recognition from within the parking industry for their innovative designs.
