With over 20 years of experience across public agencies and private developments, Jan brings deep knowledge of diverse building types and construction methods.

He works closely with clients, owners, public agencies, vendors, and subcontractors to anticipate challenges and resolve issues promptly, keeping projects on track and on budget. Prior to joining IPD, Jan collaborated with architectural firms throughout Northern California on municipal, commercial, and private projects, gaining comprehensive expertise in design, management, and construction administration.
