For over 25 years, Pat has provided design services, construction administration and project management to a variety of clients. As project manager, he is responsible for the daily activities of the project, from conceptual design through construction and occupancy. He has successfully managed projects for a multitude of client types including educational, medical, commercial and retail, utilizing both design-build and design-bid-build delivery methods. Pat also has experience working with the Division of State Architect’s Office on various educational projects. With a background in business, Pat understands client and owner needs, ensuring that his projects are met responsibly and economically.
