Pedro Baires brings extensive experience in general contracting and project management for the design and development of commercial projects. He has engineered custom office furniture and managed projects worldwide, from the U.S. to Singapore, including retail and corporate spaces. Pedro leads projects from concept through completion, while guiding teams in every phase of development.

His notable work includes managing the Sacramento International Airport Parking Structure. Prior to joining IPD, Pedro contributed to headquarters design projects for Levi Strauss & Co., PG&E, Google, and Cisco.
