Raju is responsible for the management and operations of IPD’s Oakland and Orange County offices. He is the primary point of contact for all business development, parking structure planning & design, client relations and contract negotiations. He has over 25 years of experience with IPD, and as an architect, has completed hundreds of projects across all market sectors developing specialized expertise in commercial/ residential and technology-focused applications.
