Phil has a strong focus on design excellence with respect to context and a collaborative design process. He is extremely involved and works well managing a project’s process from programming through construction administration. He conceives and presents conceptual ideas to clients and develops the design into a practical solution that meets the clients’ desires and needs. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he strives to keep improving sustainability in our built environment and incorporates these features into his designs when applicable.
One of his major responsibilities is to create innovative and environmental designs using hand sketches, Sketchup and REVIT to develop design concepts into the design development stage. He is also deeply involved in developing and reviewing construction documents with in-depth knowledge of building codes and various regulations, coordinating with other consultants.
