Chapman University, in Orange, California, awarded the Lastinger Athletics Complex Parking Structure to International Parking Design, making it the third campus parking structure IPD has designed for the University. The structure was built below the campus athletic field, which allowed the University to more fully utilize its space.

The interior of the structure is painted to create an open, secure environment. The structural design includes spread foundations, cast-in-place columns, and long-span, post-tensioned beam-and-slab framing. The seismic resisting system is shear walls in both directions. The project was delivered to the University on a design-build basis.
