The Aperture Parking Structure is designed as an integral part of the Aperture Del Mar commercial campus. Containing 1,223 parking stalls in six levels, the structure has been designed to provide parking for initial phases of the campus while making accommodations for expansion to serve future needs. The design features two terracotta-clad elevator towers along with a clean, modern façade that integrates perfectly with the architecture of the overall campus. User amenities include bicycle parking, recycling facility, roof-level shade canopies and electric-vehicle charging stations. A fitness center is also conveniently located adjacent to the structure. Upon completion, the Aperture Del Mar commercial campus will include five buildings and outdoor amenity space consisting of an event lawn, walking paths and an amphitheater.
